Deleting inactive accounts
We encourage people to actively log in and use ZigmaSocial services when they register an account. To keep your account active, be sure to log in at least once every 3 months. Accounts and their contents may be permanently removed due to prolonged inactivity.
When the owner of the inactive account doesn’t log in before the given deadline the account and all its data will be permanently deleted.
For security reasons, we don’t recycle usernames, so the username will be lost too and a new account needs to created with a different username. The recovery email and phone number that were linked to the account will become available again.
Restoring an inactive account
Once the account and data have been deleted, there is no way to recover neither the account nor the data. To use ZigmaSocial services, please create another account with a new username.

How to solve Facebook Group Post Error: Permissions Error #200 ZigmaSocial?
Sometimes, you will receive the Facebook Permissions Error 200 when attempting to post to your Facebook Group or Page. There are several different messages, but the recommended course of action is the same to fix this error – re-authorization of your Facebook permissions.
This is usually because you have not granted the app full permission to publish to your Group or Page.
To can post to groups you are admin. You need to be installed App on your Groups.
How do I add or remove an app from a Facebook group I admin?
Adding an app to your group may add tools and features to a group. These tools and features are developed by a third party and not by Facebook.
To add an app to your group:
- From your News Feed, click Groups in the left menu and select your group. If you don’t see Groups, click See More.
- Click Settings in the left menu.
- Scroll down and click to Apps, then click Add Apps.
- Search “Zigma Social ” app, add to the group and click Add.
